We’re a small, privately owned construction company in Christchurch with a 30-year history of excellence in craftsmanship. We specialise in Superhomes, Passive Houses, and both architectural and standards residential builds and renovations. We prioritise affordable and achievable energy-efficient solutions to create healthier more cost-effective homes. We provide a comprehensive design-build service for energy-efficient homes ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Our aim is to build homes that protect the health of the occupants, are climate safe, and are resilient to last for generations. We know that every home can be more energy-efficient, reducing carbon emissions from the construction process, and requiring less energy to maintain over the life of the building.
