Holmwood High-performance House

The Holmwood Project is another High-performance House designed by architect Anne Salmond.

Built alongside the Merivale Project, and with all of the same design elements, this house is not only energy efficient, it is gorgeous as well, often stopping traffic along Holmwood Road. One can't help but stop and look in awe at the stunning cedar fences and majestic facade. This is no ordinary house!
